Sold me a house that should be condemned and scraped off the planet, robbing this single income, first time home buyer of my life’s savings and now my health. I should have known when Rob said he wouldn’t be a dual agent to represent me that there was something wrong and in hindsight other now clear to me red flags during the process. Was hoping he was someone I could trust. Now my health and that of my cats is compromised and I am spending thousands of dollars for a problem that may never be truly remedied. I also used an inspector he recommended and this house should never have passed inspection. I share this in the hopes no one else suffers the same fate as me and proceeds with the utmost caution if working with this agency. This experience has done irreparable damage to my health and finances.
